Terms of payment:

The Exhibitor undertakes to pay to the Organizer all the provided performances by the date of the invoice maturity.

Accreditation for exhibitors:

Exhibitors can receive accreditation for their participation. Registration will be placed in the Foyer by the Management. Registration will be open during the setting-up and dismantling time and also during the fair.

Promotion:

The trade fair AQUA−THERM Prague is accompanied every year by one of the largest advertising campaigns in the trade fair sector. The targeted communication strategy includes all marketing channels TV, radio, ads in professional magazines and the daily press, internet, and outdoor advertising. All major industry periodicals announce AQUA−THERM Prague in advance. Prior to the event, intensive communication takes place to get the word out to special newspaper supplements and the editorial departments of news programs on TV and radio.

At the fair, there will be a press centre where exhibitors may place their promotional materials.

Using of official logo on items sold at the fair is possible under approval of organizer only.

Press centre:

Press centre will be placed in the Foyer near of the Management.

ENTRANCE OF VEHICLES TO FAIRGROUND AREA:

During set-up:
November 14 - November 18- for all cars - 8am - 8pm
Last day set-up - November 19 - only for cars till 3,5 t - entrance on deposit 1000,-Kč for period of 3 hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.,

During the fair:
first day of fair November 20 - 8am – 10am, others day 9am-10am entrance on deposit 1000,- CZK. Does not apply to exhibitors with valid parking card. Parking card is possible to buy at the Management of the Fair during the setting-up time.

Dismantling Time:
November 24 – after 4pm - only for cars till 3,5t
November 25 – 8am – 8pm

Night parking in area is forbidden.

Insurance:

We recommend you to insure your exhibits in your insurance company. Exhibitors may insure their goods with an insurance company, whose representative will be present last day of setting-up and in the afternoon first day of the exhibition.

Refreshments:

Restaurant and cafeteria will be open directly at the Fairgrounds, at the Foyer entrance hall.
